Infrared sauna at Sweathouz is my zen time! I feel so refreshed and amazing afterward. The set-up is great, having my own little room allows for maximum relaxation. The studio is always so clean too.

The staff were nice and welcoming, we had a lovely sauna and fantastic showers. My first experience with contrast therapy and I loved the experience as well as how much less tense my muscles felt after the ice bath. I am definitely planning on coming back.

My girlfriend told me about this place....did not know it had been there for 4 years!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience....i bought a 10 pack and already told 3 of my tennis buddies. Clean, private, and perfect amount of time in each immersion...plenty of towels, Thank you Tyler for showing me around
