I genuinely cannot think of a single negative thing about my experience at SweatHouz, and I MEAN IT!!! The staff was courteous, kind, informative, friendly, and truly out of this world. Most of all I never got the “ick” feeling we all despise experiencing; the establishment, private rooms, cold plunge area, and ‘get ready area’ was spotless. I was thoroughly impressed and will be returning!! Shoutout to Kate and the entire staff at the Plano, TX location. Y'all are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT!!!

Both staff members were excellent… friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location was easy to find, has excellent parking options and sauna, tub, and shower were very clean. Appointments were on time. I was very impressed!

It was our first time, and Kate made it easy by giving thorough instructions, and showing us everything we could need, and available for help at any time. Also, everything we could need was provided-even toiletries. The facility and rooms were clean, and it was a very refreshing experience. Hot sauna, cold plunge, definitely left with more energy and slept great that night!

Kate Green was amazing. Showed us the facility and was very attentive. The infrared sauna was a new experience and the plunge pool was mildly addictive. Very clean and friendly team.
