I had a wonderful experience, I really loved it, and I really want my own infrared sauna in my house!

I enjoyed every bit of it. It was my first time and wanted to try something new for my birthday. 60 minutes in the most relaxing way possible. It’s amazing how cheap the cost is for your first time, and to bring someone there’s a fall code to use which is awesome! Rotating from the sauna, to the vitamin C shower, and then to the cold plunge was outstanding. There’s a nice size TV in the room, and I put music on YouTube to play during my experience. I left there feeling more relaxed than ever before. I have to take medications for sleep and I didn’t even use them that night, I slept so good and woke up refreshed. I highly recommend going and getting the experience for yourself. I will definitely be back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and calming. It was a new experience for me and I found it to be invigorating. I'm happy I checked it out and I'm going to start doing it on a consistent basis.

The location was great, the place was very clean and the young man at the front was friendly and professional. I’d just suggest that additional hooks or a bar be added to hang clothing on in the rooms.

The employees provided great customer service by walking me through the facility and explaining the different options. The employee gave great advice on how to navigate the cold plunge. I was able to submerge for the first time and it was great.

The private suite with tv. The flavored water that’s available afterwards. Next time I’ll know to grab a plastic bag for my wet trunks before hand.
