I loved the private room, and the option to thermal cycle. My only complaint was that someone else’s hair was floating in the cold plunge, which grossed me out a little. Otherwise though, the staff was friendly and helpful and the experience was really relaxing.

Well designed and well kept facility, loved that all 3 steps sauna cold plunge shower are in same room for privacy and convenience, post treatment area was chic and comfortable, relatively easy parking and parking validation, friendly reception, great service.

From check in with Auburn and she took the time to give us a tour. She explained everything and was just super polite. The rooms were clean. It was a great experience

I love how you can change the temperature on the sauna to your comfortability. The products in the vitamin C shower are also fantastic! The cold plunge is tough but I left the experience feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
