Sweathouz Vinings is a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and unwind! The suites are clean and well-maintained, and the soothing atmosphere makes it easy to feel relaxed. You can escape the stresses of everyday life in your private infrared sauna, with a scented towel, cold plunge and vitamin C shower. What truly makes the experience exceptional is the incredible manager! She is so kind, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Her warm personality and genuine willingness to assist me makes every visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest. I highly recommend Sweathouz Vinings to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and rejuvenating experience. The combination of a beautiful environment, rejuvenating services and outstanding customer service makes this place truly special and my membership priceless.

This place was amazing! I love sauna and have been to several. I saw the advertisement come up in my FB feed and was afraid it was a scam, so I went in person and got a tour. It owns up to the hype, and the $25 first visit is well worth it. I loved the vitamin C shower and cold water plunge. It was my first one and it was quite invigorating! Very chic and interesting experience overall.

I love the concept and I loved the room size of number 8. I will say that I’m a little worried about returning as I had to asked to switch rooms because the cold plunge water in the first room on the left was extremely Dirty with hair and skin. I’m so hopeful that my experience will be different when I return. The lady upfront was super nice and apologetic, I was so nervous about asking to switch. Is there a way to request that the tub be cleaned prior to me using the room? Can someone call and explain how I can do that because I would love to return.

The Customer Service was top-notch. I really love how clean it was. The sauna was my favorite. But I was glad that I was able to stay up to a minute in the cold plunge. It was refreshing and definitely needed.
