I enjoy the personalize space that you might not get at a traditional gym. High end gyms are costly and sometimes the amenities don’t always work when you want it to. As a father of 3, I appreciate the personal time to detach and calm my mind in a healthy way.

I had such a great time! Janelle was so sweet and informative; it was such a comfortable experience I couldn’t leave without getting into a membership. The studio is beautiful and clean and the equipment is just as wonderful!

The cute curly haired manager from Chicago was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the front door. I also enjoyed our chat as I was leaving. Great overall experience and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely Ahh-mazing Experience!! My visit was incredibly relaxing, refreshing, and therapeutic for both the mind and soul. I loved having different wellness options and being able to transition from one experience to another. I left feeling completely renewed and recharged. Definitely a must-visit—I highly recommend it!
