The facility is welcoming, clean, and inviting. The suites are comfortable and I like the access to the TVs, streaming, and music during my session. I like the guidance on how to tailor the session to meet my needs. I only wish I could adjust the cold temperature for me as a beginner. Maybe have a dedicated suite with a warmer water temperature for newer clients who are getting more comfortable with the cold plunge.

The receptionist was amazing and the custodial worker was nice too. The environment is serene and I enjoyed the sauna as well as the cold plunge. It’s my first time and it’s a great experience.
