The team in the Airdrie location was very easy to work with, even when I was having issues with getting insurance, they took the time to make sure I had any and all information the insurance company wanted. I will go back to them when I decide to trade up to something bigger. Thanks Jerry, Brad and Steve for all your help, and the service person, who I can't remember his name, who instructed us on all the operations inside and out.

The service department was most accommodating when the Cougar had an unfortunate meeting with an unmovable tree recently. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the new parts for the awning, and delivered the fix in the time estimated! This is especially appreciated when it is during camping season!
