Helpful and friendly service staff matched with expert repairs. Specifically, Sheena got me checked in when I dropped off my trailer and Melissa kept me informed about progress. I sourced a refurbished furnace for my vintage trailer and the team was flexible and willing to try to make it work. It did. Richard did a terrific job on all the repairs, no matter how many quirky problems the old trailer gave him. All in all, a top notch experience and much appreciated.

Cooperative preplanning of anticipated work went very well. Specialty parts were ordered early and available for the scheduled appointment date. Service Department kept me informed of progress. I didn't need to "take out a mortgage" to cover the costs of the maintenance. Both the Parts Department and the Service Department teams were friendly, efficient, and professional.

They Have been most helpful to us!! Helped me undo a cuffle where I had tried to purchased a part directly from Thor...can't do that. When I dropped off the rv they were booking a few weeks out. I had a hope that they would exceed my expectations and they did!!! Very happy customers!

The staff at the service desk were friendly and helpful. Kept me fully informed of what my MVI Inspection found lacking and gave me an estimate of cost for the repairs. Approval was given for all items. Items that I had prior knowledge about and requested repairs, and estimate was given and approval was given. Then they. called to let me know when my trailer was ready for pickup and we negotiated when I'd pick up. Everything went smoothly and I feel the trailer is safe once again.
