There are many positives to list here. The people: everyone is exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. They truly make you feel like a valued customer. The service: the technicians were extremely thorough and really took the time to address the items that needed to be fixed. And they completed a list of things in a very short time, while I waited. I have been extremely impressed by this company from the first time my wife and I were just looking at motorhomes, to when we had to have our new motorhome serviced. This is a company that cares. I have already recommended Fraserway RV in Cookstown to three couples that I know personally and I highly recommend anyone to check them out if you're in the market for an RV - new or used. You'll be in VERY good hands!

You can not find anyone that meets the customer needs like Shawn and his crew! We bought two motorhomes, 10 years apart. The service never wavered the friendly attitude and the welcoming atmosphere. I found an RV an line offered by Fraserwsy RV Cooks town and booked an appointment with Fahad. He was professional and personable in his interactions with me which made the buying experience pleasant. I will mention as a single female, not all purchasing experiences are great and usually include uncomfortable pressure sale tactics. This was absolutely not the case with Fraserway. The product quality, knowledgeable and friendly staff and their commitment to excellence was the reason I purchased my Adventurer RV. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a RV.

We are thrilled with our new to us Adventure 901SB. The care and attention to detail from Shawn, Fahad, and the Prep team was outstanding. A special mention to Morassa and Miranda for their hard work. Shawn ensured that when we came to pickup the camper it was prepared above our expectations. With Shawn's thorough walk through and explanation of all the unique features it made us feel super comfortable with our purchase and adventures ahead. Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond for us! Fahad was so pleasant to work with. He located a unit with the features we were looking for. He also worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for. From our first visit we where met by Morassa who greeted us and was very pleasant , offered us coffee and tea , and a place to sit while we where greeted by Fahad who was the salesman , he too was very friendly and took time explaining the Motorhomes we where scheduled to test drive , anything he was not to sure of he had Shawn who is the manager there , he has been there for I think 19 years , very knowledgeable and very pleasant as well ! After our purchase we received a phone call making sure we arrived home safely and that we were still happy with our purchase ! We are so very happy and also wanted to mention Cheryl from head office and her colleague Shannon they both where so nice on the phone , took the time to explain the process of payment, and warranty info etc . We already are telling our friends about Fraserway Cookstown ! Thanks Joe and Val Pouget

Fulfilled every agreement we made previously. Attention to detail. Extras, like filling the water tank, rust proofing certain parts, the suer hose. I appreciated the time spent with me: walking through the camper, showing every detail. Very welcoming, friendly and professional. The follow up was impressive. All together a very good and satisfying experience. I have been dealing with Fraser in Cookstown for many years. This is the second camper I bought from them. Their service is outstanding. I will always go to back to them.
