The sales staff was easy to work with and made sure to call and keep us informed on what was being done with the trailer. As we bought a used trailer the service department completed the work on it and after finding some other issues they worked hard to fix those issues and completed them quickly and very competently. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and when we want to trade this one in for another, we will come to Fraserway first.

Obviously the people.....the products are pretty good too. We have been shopping for a new trailer since we bought the old one in 2008! Evan the young salesman was our first contact, what can we say...he was so good he got us! Our unit was not even at the rv show. The team of sales managers Luke, Steve,Karen and Paul. Yes four, representatives of Leduc, Edmonton, Reddeer and Airdrie. They all somehow pulled together and now we are camping in style. Thanks guys!

Pleased that Shauna , in conjunction with Tara,( from Lacombe Fraserway) were able to squeeze our unit in and change the exhaust fan and have the unit out within 24 hours. She called us as she said she would at the appointed time and treated us very well. We blessed them with coffee and muffins when we picked it up.
