Both the Prince George and the Whitehorse Fraserway locations offered me really great support as I was traveling through Canada with a brand new 2026 Adventurer 65RB thay ended up having a lot of immediate manufacturing issues. They performed warranty repairs last minute, provided me with a spot in their waiting room to work and do zoom meetings, and the Prince George location performed some after-market modifications to my camper that I dreamed of having done, like adding a shelf to the interior that nicely matched the rest of the finishes and adding a valve to my sink drain that goes to an interior gray water tank for winter mode. It was delightful hanging with these folks for a couple days while they completed this work. I am really grateful for the Fraserway team in both locations.

I didn't feel pushed to buy, I felt they were fair with my trade-in. The whole process was enjoyable except the process of going over the rv, they missed some things and we had to wait longer for them to rectify the situation. Having said that they were pleasant and accommodating

We arrived with a bizarre request. We had 8 hours before having to choose on purchasing an RV or flying home from a trip. We found a unit that met all our needs. Peter was a fantastic no pressure salesman. He helped confirm our interest and encouraged us to look at other models just to be safe. We chose the RV. Levi worked tirelessly to get the financing done before closing. The papers were signed at 505pm! Our adventure was started in our “adventurer”. A true pleasure. Thanks fraserway PG!

Did a good job on the repair to the RV. Came in under the estimate. Staff was very helpful in hooking the RV back onto the truck and answering questions on trailer hookup.
