Both the Whitehorse and the Prince George Fraserway locations offered me really great support as I was traveling through Canada with a brand new 2026 Adventurer 65RB thay ended up having a lot of immediate manufacturing issues. They performed warranty repairs last minute, provided me with a spot in their waiting room to work and do zoom meetings, and the Whitehorse location filled my water, let my plug in and charge my battery, and even filled my propane tanks before I hit the road after a heater repair and extensive testing of the repair to make sure it was good to go. I am really grateful for the Fraserway team in both locations.

I recently took my travel trailer to Fraserway RV for some maintenance and had the most wonderful experience doing it. All the staff from the person at the desk to the technician who did the work to the manager were very courteous, patient, and helpful. The work was done promptly and at a fair price. I even had to go back for some extra wiring issues and they didn't charge me a thing! It was an absolute delight doing business with them. A warm thank you to everyone at Fraser RV! Shannon

Had some fridge issue while 2500kms from home and Nav and her team were able to see us very quickly and make the unfortunate diagnosis that we needed a new compressor board. Fridge was still under warranty and so Nav and her team were also able to initiate a warranty claim on my behalf. Awesome place if you need some help!

As newcomers to the motorhome world, we were a bit overwhelmed when we started finding issues with our RV right after picking it up. To make matters worse, we discovered even more problems after taking it out on a few trips.However, the customer service at the Whitehorse location has been absolutely outstanding. Every single time I walk into the store, the General Manager goes above and beyond. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, addresses the problems directly, and makes sure I get exactly the parts I need. Starting out with an RV in the Yukon can be a learning curve, but knowing the GM stands behind his customers and is always ready to help has given us massive peace of mind. Highly recommend them for their incredible after-sale support here in Whitehorse!
