I cannot stress this enough — my family and I have had such a wonderful experience at the North Center location! We transitioned from the River North location to North Center about a year ago, and it was not only a seamless transition for our child, but for us as parents as well. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed, supported, and confident that we had made the right decision. The staff is truly amazing — hands down some of the best teachers and administration we have come across. Miss Lorena and Miss Bella did a phenomenal job welcoming us and making sure our child felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed from day one. Miss Brenda and Miss Jasmin have also been absolutely wonderful — so incredibly sweet, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. It is such a comfort as a parent to know that your child is in a place where they are genuinely cared for, supported, and loved. We are so grateful for the entire North Center team and could not recommend them more highly!

The communication has been great and we love how caring the teachers are. Our kids have so much fun and are learning lots. We also like the amount of outdoor/playscape time that allows for gross motor development.

The facility is clean and really supportive for ages 2-5. The staff is thorough, consistent, and helpful. They are always on top of all details and communicate the best as compared to two other Gardner locations we have been too. We are just here for camp this summer but this location has been so much better than previous which was Lincoln Park and Ravenswood. Kudos to the staff and administration for making it a really great experience.

I value the sense of community at Gardner School North Center. I also value the sense of safety provided by the building and teachers. I never worry after dropping my child off. She's getting active play, socialization, good food and attention from caring staff every day. I am grateful to have Gardner School so close - and my kid enjoys going into the school every day. The place is clean and staff is communicative via the Brightwheel app.

We have been so happy with the Gardner School North Center! Our daughter had Ms. Kristine and Ms. Jasmin for most of this year and she adores them. They are such thoughtful caretakers and we (as parents) have learned a lot from them. We have also had the pleasure of meeting the other teachers on the infant floor and they are all wonderful. The facilities are always clean and tidy, and they are great about logging meals and activities throughout the day. Also, once my daughter started solids, she started getting the provided lunches and the menus are amazing! We love the school and the administrators.

From the moment we toured The Gardner School, we knew that this was the place for our infant daughter. The space was clean, bright, and colorful. The directors greeted each child by name as they entered and left. The teachers were warm, welcoming, communicative, and trustworthy. Our daughter thrived in The Gardner School’s care and if it weren’t for a move, she would still be enrolled.

We had a wonderful experience at the Gardner School North Center, especially in the infant classroom. The environment is warm, clean, and very welcoming, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as parents. I would especially like to highlight the two teachers, Ms. Christine and Ms. Jasmin. They were absolutely wonderful—caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in my daughter’s well-being and development. It was clear every day how much love and dedication they brought to their work. We are very grateful for the care our daughter received and highly recommend the school.
