Every time I’ve called the office, the person on the phone has been knowledgeable and pleasant. I like the reminders a few days early letting me know that I am on the schedule. I also like that I’m called when the technician is on his way to my house. The technician always visits with me and lets me know what he’s doing and asks if there is anything else I might need. Romex has done a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.
