I will always lead with the fact that my sport clips on 2011 promenade blvd here in rogers is my place to get my hair cut every time, I will go out of my way to come see them. this store saved my rear on the day of my wedding when booking issues threw me under the bus at the worst time and the wonderful staff got me and my best man ready for the best day of my life. The commitment to good customer service and care are always first up to bat with this store. On my visit today on a tight lunch break iI roll in after putting off my cut for way to long looking like a werewolf (fitting given the month) and had no sooner sat down from signing in when Jacob called me back for a great chat and a perfect cut, got me rigged up with a hot towel and shampoo and even let me know about the raffle going on so combined with the handy coupon that spurred me into diverting my lunch i got that fresh cut got donate to a good cause and may even get a set of tires. 15/10 stars as always, ~Cody~
