I check the app and put my name on the list; I enter the shop and am warmly welcomed as I sign in. When called, I am offered a seat and the receipt shows how I have had my hair cut before. Asley gave me a great haircut, with just the right amount of positive interaction and conversation. An entirely positive experience thanks to a great staff, especially Ashley at yesterday's visit
