The stylists friendly and make the customers comfortable. My sons stylist talked to him and checked in with him throughout his haircut to make sure he liked it and that it was how he wanted it. She also provided the full experience he was supposed to get and that we paid for. He enjoyed the wash and head massage and the shoulder massage for the true VIP experience.

Always very pleasant, the stylists are very friendly and we carry on a conversation for the entire time im sitting in the chair for my haircut. Highly recommend the sports clips at charlotte hall.

Personally, one of the best visits I have been to in a long while. My stylist today (Ashley) had such a creative mind and knew exactly what to provide for me. Allowing her to have creative liberty with my hair, and letting her have her vision go with the flow, she provided something that many other stylists I've had before haven't done. It was also amazing to talk with her while getting everything taken care of, as well as just getting to know her while in the chair. As long as she works there, I will always be coming back no matter what.
