We love Raquel! She is so kind and patient either way my adult son who has nonverbal autism. She is patient, greets him with the sweetest smile and encourages him throughout his time with her.

The hair stylists know what I want and are advocate for Sports Clips products to its customers in an encouraging and positive manner. I have little to no trouble with telling the stylists what I want for my haircut and they do it each time with no complications.

Consistent service regardless of where in the US you are. I have had haircuts in California, Texas and Michigan. All were excellent.

I was visiting in Grand Rapids, attending a convention at Amway Hotel Plaza. When it was completed and during the ride home. I decided to get my hair trimmed because it was getting a little Shaggy. I have always trusted Sport Clips to cut my hair. I searched Google for a few Sport Clips and there were a three in Grand Rapids and in a few reviews at your location, several people suggested to try Raquel. So I decided to book the appointment. I informed her that I was growing out I hair into a Mod Shag. I informed her that she was recommended on Google. And told her that I was only interested in getting a half-inch cut off all over and slightly textured. She complemented my choice of style. Followed my instructions precisely and my hair looked perfect, Exactly the way I wanted it to look. And I was grateful Because I told her I had several bad haircuts in the past. She was very supportive and aimed to satisfy.

I've been going to Sport Clips for most of my adult life and I plan to continue. The staff is always fantastic and gives me the exact haircut I want every time. The MVP is also amazing and I enjoy everything it includes.

The free neck trim was great. The stylist was superb. She also had very cool trimmers and got a nice close trim with them.
