You can get a haircut at so many different places, and while the experience may vary, the end result is often the same. What truly makes the difference is the person cutting your hair and taking care of you. That person has the ability to make your day a little better, help you walk out the door feeling more confident, and give you a reason to keep coming back.
At the Gaines location, I have been coming back for many years due to one person, and that person is Heather. She truly is the best stylist that I've found. She takes interest in what I do, my hobbies, my pets and remembers the little details that some of my friends don't. In my mind, I don't go to 'Sport Clips' to get a hair cut, I go to Heather.
Really appreciate the work she does and the person she is!

It was my first time visiting Sports Clips and I was very appreciative of my stylist, Danica. She was very welcoming, warm, and social. She gave me a great haircut which included wonderful attention to detail. She also provided me the MVP treatment since it was my first time. I was needing a new place and stylist and this is now it. I will be back to see Danica moving forward. Thanks!

Kara has been my stylist at Sport Clips for a long time, and she never disappoints. Every single visit, she delivers exactly the results I’m looking for—clean, precise, and consistent. There’s zero stress and zero worry when I sit in her chair. She just gets it done right, every time. Highly recommend her if you want a reliable, no-fuss experience!

Loved that my husband got a massage. Honestly though, I only came to your sports clips because of your associate Sue. My husband has Alzheimer’s and first got a haircut when she was at great clips. Found her at your Caledonia store and drove 30 min. To get his haircut with her. She is patient and kind and gave him an outstanding haircut. We’ll be back!
