I appreciate the MVP experience with hot towel and shampoo to get extra hair off my head. But this time the towel was not very warm and the massage gun didn’t appear to be working correctly. It was more like a rub with the gun then a massage.

Bianca was the stylist that took care of me. She did an amazing job from start to finish. I have psoriasis on my scalp. When mentioned she was compassionate and supportive with tailoring a hair style that would look good given the condition. Overall, very happy with the haircut and appreciative of Bianca.
