Love being able to check in prior to getting to the location and being able to see who’s working and what their wrist time is. Although recently the wait times have been wrong more than they are correct and as time goes on the wait time continues to increase. In previous months the wait time was laser accurate, as of recently at various locations in my area I have waited 20-30 mins past my original quoted wait time for the service. I get delays happen but it seems something bigger happened as this has been ongoing the past few months. Hopefully you all are able to get this ironed out.

Lilly at the Moon Location is awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve only been to her twice but really enjoyed both cuts. She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave happy. Great experience, clean shop, and I walked out feeling good both times. Definitely my go-to now. Go see Lilly!
