Informative and explaining everything. The actual sauna and cold plunge. Love that you can play music & the space is lovely. I like the amenities of the towels and the cold towels and the vitamin C shower.

I loved everything about it. Very hard after because I am a Palisades Fire victim I used to have a cold plunge. It was at gym. It’s perfect.

My wife and i were celebrating our 9 year anniversary, We loved how friendly and attentive the staff was, they were so knowledgeable about everything. We also were overly impressed by how clean and sanitary the entire facility was! we will definitely be back!
