Knowledgeable, friendly staff who were very helpful in letting us pick up our son's cycling jersey when we had originally ordered it online. The service was quick and efficient, and I like that you get a text to say it's ready. I did find it difficult watching the owner tell an employee off for charging the wrong price.. Regardless of the circumstances,I don't think it's ever ok to dress an employee down in front of customers, felt very uncomfortable for me and I imagine for them

I had a problem while on holiday with internal hub gears on my e-bike. I rang my supplier at home who said I would be lucky to find expertise in west to fix it. Well how wrong was he? A brief visit to Clifden bike shop and following morning a call collect bike it’s ready. On arrival I was presented with an invoice for €20.
