The trainers are knowledgeable, well trained, personable and professional. The machines have cutting edge technology to measure and track performance. The machines combined with the trainers are a lot safer than trying to figure things out in a gym. The studio is always clean and neat and the staff are always welcoming.. It's easy to set and/or cancel appointments.
