Excellent Service. We were greeted right when we got off the plane with nice gentlemen handling our golf bags. Khoa at the front desk was extremely helpful with coordinating our rental vehicle. We were only there for a moment but this was a excellent experience.

Modern Aviation isn’t the first FBO I’ve visited and I wish there were more like this one across the board! The receptionists were super friendly, especially the ones working on the evening of 10/01/2026. They made us feel super welcomed and the upkeep of the lobby, from the cleanliness to the placement of the refreshment area, was amazing! We were also so amazed and awed how quickly they displayed their support for breast cancer awareness month! Mind you, it’s only the first day of October! I hope to be back here at this specific Modern Aviation soon. Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism!

Had a great experience at Modern Aviation at BFI. The facility was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Gabriel was especially helpful and friendly throughout our visit and made sure everything was taken care of. Great FBO with a professional team. I’ll definitely be stopping here again next time I’m at BFI.
