Very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with. I was overcharged for a night that I was not there. Also, very busy when I left and ground personnel were swamped. Not their fault, just consider when you are leaving and try to do it off peak.

Everything at this location is fantastic. The management is personable, the team working the desk is courteous, kind, and prompt. The ramp staff works selflessly to help crew and passengers with all our needs. We've been there two times this year and they have supported us with ladders, receipt of parts, and other services when we needed them. We always felt important event when they were at their busiest. Thank you.

Great service at KBHB at Modern Aviation. There was some confusion about our fuel order, initially resulting in an overfueling that put us over our takeoff weight limit — a simple miscommunication, and partly my fault for not supervising the fueling. The line crew took ownership of the mistake and, with my permission, promptly defueled it by the appropriate amount. We were on our way with minimal delay. I really appreciate the great service and dedication to getting things right. We’ll definitely return.
