Laura Foscolo and Celine Cannizzaro made the time to have an extremely meaningful one on one meeting with me. The goal was to understand a baggage loading mistake (we ended up with another airplane’s baggage) that occurred during an extremely high-volume departure event. Modern Aviation did not fail, there were a series of conditions mostly related to me, part related to another customer, part related to the perfectly normal assumption of a current our new line service man. Laura and Celine could not have been more helpful, kind, emphatic, and helped ME understand both how and why the event occurred. These two women are outstanding managers. Fantastic efficient service! Jackie welcomed us and had our paperwork on the counter waiting for us making our quick turn very efficient. Always good to see Jackie and the rest of the crew when we fly through Modern Aviation FOK. The FBO keeps our passengers car keys and will pull their car to the front door at our next arrival. Chad was exceptionally helpful and instrumental to the success of our team’s photoshoot at Modern Aviation in FOK. He consistently arrived early each morning with a positive attitude and was always ready to assist wherever needed. Throughout the shoot, Chad went above and beyond to support our team, including repositioning the aircraft as needed and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, reliability, and willingness to help made a significant impact on our experience. We greatly appreciated his dedication and outstanding customer service.

We have been operating seasonally out of FOK for over two decades and are very impressed with the changes Modern has made to the original FBO facilities. The personnel on staff have always been accommodating, attentive, and friendly to our team - where it feels more like a home away from home than a necessary business transactional relationship.

I was given a last-minute change by the vehicle rental company. This team worked diligently to correct the reservation. They communicated at every step and worked with me to get my problem resolved. The reservation process was seamless and stress-free. Accommodations and customer service were at 100%. I thank them so much for the quick response to my reservation needs.

Great quick turn! The entire staff from Line Service to CSR’s at the front desk were very efficient for the amount of traffic that was coming in and out of FOK. Fantastic job, this demonstrates to our PAX why we use Modern Aviation when at FOK.

So my story is a little different…I didn’t actually go to Modern Aviation at FOK, I went to Signature. I needed a rental car for the crew however and our go to is Hertz which is located at Modern in FOK. So I called modern and talked to Antonio and explained my situation..and that we were arriving at 0430 so wanted to make sure we had a car waiting. He could not transfer me to the Hertz counter for some reason and he said he would have the guy call me shortly. He never called of course so I called back and the Hertz guy was gone so Antonio took it upon himself to make sure I had a Hertz car waiting ….even though we weren’t even coming into Modern. When I called back after landing in Seattle he was gone already and I talked to Kaleigh who said he was gone but hang on and I’ll call him and see if he was able to secure a car for your arrival. The whole time I’m on hold I keep thinking about how above and beyond these two have gone for me and I wasn’t even coming into Modern. I got to meet Kaleigh she’s an amazing young lady and I can’t say enough about how those too went out of their way to make sure I got my rental despite the fact I was going to signature upon arrival. I highly recommend Modern at FOK and those two are the absolute best the industry has to offer..!

The team at Modern Aviation FOK has been great every time I’ve stopped in. The new FBO is beautiful, well-designed, and a great facility. On my most recent visit, the line team was incredibly helpful. They assisted with our passenger's bags without even being asked. I never expect that, but it is certainly appreciated when they go out of their way to help. The front desk team was excellent as always. I also want to recognize Mr. Billy. On my previous visit, he caught an error in the billing instructions I had provided and saved me from an accounting issue. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for the consistently great service. I appreciate everything you guys do and look forward to seeing you again soon.

I love the friendly service and professionalism!! the ever smiling CSR crew and the line always make fueling seamless, getting in and out of the FBO to the plane with a fresh cup of coffee, a pleasant ride in their super clean and well kept service vehicle! Great job keep up the great work everyone!!!
