By far one of the best FBOs I’ve been to in the entire country. Customer service is top notch. Amenities are fantastic.

Very nice and attentive staff, quick on services. Jacob at the desk was fantastic. Glass bottle Dr. Pepper was the best part!

The customs box is located right on the Modern Aviation ramp I find this very convenient, the agent even let us stay in the box for modern to tow us away. Coco at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. She told me they are trying to be the #1 FBO in the nation, and I must say with the excellent level of service Modern provides, I see them taking first place this year! A lot of FBOs took away complimentary items and replaced free with purchase options. This FBO stands strong on offering free snacks and drinks (glass sodas at that!) and an array of items for hygiene. Very pilot friendly amenities. I love being scheduled for KFTW modern !
