Everyone at this facility is very friendly. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the girls names but the day we arrived we were well received by the 2 girls behind the desk as well as the line guys. The next day same experience. Very friendly and willing to help even though obviously understaffed. Thanks

Everyone at the FBO was so friendly and accommodating for us! They went above and beyond to give us some happy hour recommendations and let us use their crew car. The facility was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the ping pong table. They also waived the fees with the purchase of 10 gallons which for us time building pilots is a huge help. Some FBOs have scared us away with their increasing fuel purchase minimums which prices out any new time building pilots in the area. We had a super experience at this Modern and we will definitely be back here again to try some more restaurants in the area.

FBO office and line service personnel do an excellent job. Notably importantly for me is the assistance to reserve a rental can and having it on the ramp when I arrive. One downside was the price of 100LL this trip which was exceedingly high at $8.79!

The service is exceptionally fast. The FBO is great for a stop in. Phenomenal coffee bar. The staff is extremely kind and everything is so quick, including all services.
