An FBO is an FBO; what separates Modern at LGA is the PEOPLE! Adilee is an amazing person that always has a smile and treats people like they are friends rather than customers. From the first call about our inbound to our departure, I wasn’t disappointed by anything. The line personnel are always “on the ball”, are friendly, and supportive. Can’t state enough about this team. You need to keep Adilee; she is a gem! Thank you all

Crews were great! Fueler was patient as we got the amount correct. Valets were on the spot ready to shuttle Crew and Passengers back and forth to aircraft. CSRs were generous and cordial as always!
