Line guy Brian. We were an hour early and arrived at 4:30am instead of our 5:30am confirmed time. Brian was there for us and made everything go seamlessly. The bonus was the conversations and his willingness to help us. He’s a great guy and goes beyond what most other line guys would do.

Bryan really helped us make the most of a regular work day. Quick and friendly service with a smile and no shortage of jokes. It was more than just business as usual, Bryan made sure to put a personal touch on our experience and it was greatly appreciated.

Brayan did an excellent job but was by himself. I realize the location probably doesn’t require too many people but having one person there really doesn’t work. When we arrived there was one jet being serviced and a TBM later showed up. Brayan was doing the best he could (which was tremendous) but he was being pulled in multiple directions. When I asked he was alone he said his colleague was on vacation. This is my first time at RUT and it’s a good FBO but the manning issue requires attention in my opinion.
