Everyone was very courteous and, after a little bit of confusion as to where Modern Aviation at KSAC even *was*, we finally got a follow-me car to show up in the right place. After that, it was smooth sailing - nice lounge, they offered water, the check in/out process was painless.

We had a mostly great experience with you guys. We did have one major problem. I departed on Sunday morning. I was told that I could arrive at 5 AM for departure, which I did. There was no one in the FBO. I called the number on the door, and did not get a callback until just before 6 AM. I waited around in my car for an hour. This is really not what I expected, and I was very disappointed.

We fly a lot and have seen the difference of the good bad and ugly of FBOs. The front dest CSRs - Dominique, Alex & Jacob - were extremely helpful during our unplanned extended stay due to AOG issues. Always had smiles on their faces, were warm and friendly, and kept us stocked up with snacks! Thank you for your hospitality.

Staff was above and beyond! Or bird was AOG and they facilitated two consecutive over night maintenance events. On the second day, Dominique brought us donuts! I genuinely feel that they wanted us to succeed and didn’t see us as revenue. Thank you for making us comfortable for the long haul.
