Line service was extremely prompt with my quick turn fueling done in less than 10 minutes. Danielle was extremely polite, courteous and took excellent care of me. I very much appreciate the wonderful treatment for taking my company’s 206. I’ll be back in something bigger next time to SMF or another of your FBOs. Have a great 4th!

Piper, your desk agent was absolutely fantastic. From the time I called to make the reservation through arrival and all the coordination she did to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for me and my parents/daughter she just went the extra mile. She is someone who knows people and needs to be given more management/leadership roles. If every Modern had a Piper it would be the best FBO by far. Please acknowledge her professionalism, kindness, and initiative.
