Great crew. Professional and helpful. We usually have several changes to our trips and they always manage to make it happen smoothly. The ramp and facility are small.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with the team at Modern Aviation TJIG. The ramp personnel are always professional, attentive, and ready to assist, which makes a noticeable difference when operating on a busy schedule. Their efficiency, communication, and willingness to help have made every visit a smooth one. I also want to recognize the Customer Service Manager for the excellent level of service and professionalism. The attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall attitude toward both crews and passengers are greatly appreciated. It’s always a pleasure operating through Modern Aviation TJIG. Having a team you can rely on both on the ramp and inside the FBO makes the entire experience that much better. Keep up the great work!
