The exact needs for a caregiver serving the client or patient are easy to negotiate with SH staff. SH is willing to make an intense search to fulfill client needs. We have had 2 caregivers for my disabled wife, and both are outstanding in their attitude, their energy, their friendliness, their attentiveness, and the hard work sometimes required to make ADLs doable.
