We loved LSP so much that when we had to move to another state, we were sure to find another LSP school for our son to go to. The staff treated him like family, always kept me updated on his day, and my son was genuinely happy to be there.
Reign has a strong bond with his caregivers. They know how to comfort him, make him smile, and respond when he needs reassurance. He's happy to see his teachers. It's a good sign that he settles and seems content during the day. They follow his individual needs. They pay attention to his sleep schedule, meals, and developmental stage rather than expecting every child to be exactly the same. They communicate well with us. We know how he ate, slept, played, and how his day went, and they mention little moments that show they're paying attention.
I love that there’s varied programming for each day, a clean and engaging environment, and most importantly, teachers and staff that care about my child and their development. It’s such a treat getting photos every day of our child enjoying their time and participating in activities.
I enjoy the app LuvNotes a lot! Receiving updates about my child’s day reassures me that he is being taken care of. I also love the staff who are super welcoming and helpful with transitioning my son to daycare.
We love how it truly feels like an extension of our family. How excited my kids are to go to school and see their teachers. Lastly, the care and compassion, the leadership team provides.
Amelia loves all of the teachers and they take really good care of her. I can be at work and know that my baby is okay and safe.
They’ve also been very helpful with potty training and behavior.
Love this place!
We absolutely LOVE the staff at the Higley/Germann location. Our son Jordan really enjoyed his time at the school and he was treated so well. Ashley even loved her time working there. Overall it was a great experience.
Our one complaint is the accountant Julie i believe it was. We had thought we put in our notice for his last day and apparently we were wrong or the system didn't work...we don't know. Ashley was communicating through the app and Julie came across condescending and even quoted the handbook. I was not a part of this conversation but Ashley was really put off and even admitted to responded back not nice. We will gladly pay what we owe, we just needed some help through the holidays and there was no help offered, just a "you must pay in full". I was very surprised that an ex employee was treated this way. I hate to say it but this communication back and forth made us believe we won't be back to little sunshine in the future. I hope this a helpful full and honest review.
We love everything about Little Sunshine! Starting with the teachers and the director who have all been so caring and kind. We love that each month they have a new theme for the kids to learn about. The school also does a lot of activities/events to involve the parents which has been wonderful. It is also great knowing that the kids get to go outside (weather permitting) normally two times a day. Plus, they provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack!!
It is such a comfort, to have a place I can drop my son off that feels like a second home. The staff and teachers feel like family and my son learns so much from the curriculum. We are lucky to have little Sunshine's!
The team is excellent from leaders to teachers. Ms. Makayla is my child’s favorite person and she did wonders to also help me as her mama feel comfortable leaving her (even though it broke me heart). Morgan is also wonderful and kind and makes our family feel safe trusting our kids in her care.
LSP has such a caring staff and teachers. Their activities are meaningful and interactive for kids, during the school day and at special events. All have always been helpful with my questions and attentive to my daughter and her needs. We switched day cares over a year ago and I’m so glad we did.
