This was my 1st experience wasn't sure what to expect my Experience was Awesome I was experiencing neck stiffness from disk n my neck has been damaged . I was having lower back pain. . My session was about 30 minutes. As I went about my day was when I notice my pain was much better . I will return for more session.

Excellent customer service. I listen to a podcast while I’m in the sauna and the customer services staff automatically sets up my podcast prior to my arrival. It saves me a lot of time.

Love the saunas! One of the most calming recovery methods I’ve experienced. It’s nice that contrast therapy is an option too. Mentally I don’t have to think about anything during my session. Thank you perspire!

Studio was very clean and tiny and well organized with several suites at the location to increase availability. Great setup of suites to have a television available with most steaming services. Staff was super helpful in understanding all the options that were available!

Great ambiance and relaxing.. The facilities are clean.Staff is nice even though someone thru away my perspire water bottle.. I found it strange that disposable water bottles were saved but not the reusable bottle I bought at perspire

Great customer service. I have received phone calls to check in and make sure I get rebooked. I like that there is a shower in the room with the sauna. It's a convenient location.
