Walked in needing a tire tube replaced and walked out 10 minutes later with the repair completed by the staff. Super friendly and willing to interrupt their process to help me out. Really nice repair area and show room. 1st class!

The willingness of the owner and employees to spend a lot of time with me, unannounced, to find the best bike for me; it is hard to receive that kind of service and attention these days. The bike was ready ahead of schedule, an unexpected bonus. The entire experience was well worth the drives from Hood River to Troutdale, thanks and see you soon again.

The customer service here is truly outstanding. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I walked in. The staff is knowledgeable, and Jack, the owner, went above and beyond to help me find a part I urgently needed for my bike since I was leaving town the next day. He fit me into the schedule the same day and even had the repair finished ahead of time. I was so impressed with the experience that I’ve already brought in another bike for service, and once again, the quality of work and the fair pricing were exceptional. I firmly believe in supporting local businesses, and I’m glad I chose to support this one. I will definitely be a regular customer for all my maintenance and repairs. I also noticed a beautiful bike in the shop at a great price—one that would make an amazing anniversary gift for my wife—so I may be back sooner than expected. Thank you to Jack and his professional, dedicated staff for providing such excellent service.

I needed to have a check up service done on an older used bike. The staff were friendly and made suggestions on what repairs were needed. I explained that it was just going to be a basic college commuter bike, nothing fancy, and they went over the basic pricing, explained the parts that needed to be replaced and gave me costs right upfront. Their service and prices were all very high value. I would use them again and would recommend others to check them out as well.

Same day service. Went from fixed gear due to a snapped derailler cable to 100% and fixed some other issues (wheels out of true, worn out brake cables) and got me rolling that afternoon. Kudos to them.
