Very helpful & had answers for all of our questions. We also like the fact that technicians doing the treatments are long-standing employees, not a different person everytime.

We have been very happy over the years with the service that has been provided. Mike is a great person to work with, including the office staff. During our service yesterday, I was very disappointed to learn that Mike couldn't apply the "Fly Bait" to our windows because of a new policy. This product works very well, and it is very disappointing that you no longer use it.

I love that manny calls & texts me prior to the pest control service. I would love if the person who sprays the lawn would do the same so we could discuss the treatment if necessary.
