I was very impressed with Julie as a 'walk-in' with need for service for my ten year old Specialized Crosstrail. She immediately put my bike up on the service device and diagnosed a gear issue. That noted, she gave me a printed preliminary invoice for the bike's repair. Less than 24 hours later my bike was ready for pickup and riding. The cost was extremely fair. More importantly, my bike rides and shifts like new. I would highly recommend The Bike Hangar to anyone in need of service, a new bike or accessories.
