We really enjoyed working with Daniel. Daniel is very knowledgeable about what bike my wife and daughter should be on and made it a very pleasurable experience to pick out the perfect bike for both of them. We appreciate the fact that you can test ride the bikes around the parking lot and make sure they are comfortable. We appreciate Daniel showing us all the accessories that they could add on their bicycles and chose several that fit our budget. It was a pleasure working with everyone there. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by name, which immediately made me feel welcome. I worked with three different team members, and each one was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything I needed. Especially when they found out I needed to leave soon for another appointment. One thing I especially appreciated was what happened after I found the bike I wanted. Daniel took the time to walk through the store with me and explain how different products could improve my experience on the road. Even though I didn't end up needing everything we discussed, I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt informed and better equipped to make the right decisions for my riding needs. It was a really valuable experience. I would highly recommend Brookside Bikes to anyone looking for great service, knowledgeable staff, and a customer-focused experience. And last but certainly not least, they have some really great bikes!

When I went to Brookside I thought I knew what I wanted. Daniel got the bike out for me to test ride. Well it turned out to not be the right bike. After some conversation of what I was looking for in an e-bike he made a recommendation and gave the bike to me for a test drive. His recommendation was exactly what I wanted. He never pushed for the sale. He told me he only wanted me to be happy if I bought a bike. I indeed bought that bike and I'm very happy. Thanks Brookside for taking time to give me an excellent buying experience!

I’m incredibly happy with the service I received at Brookside Bikes. I brought my older ebike in with very little expectation that its problems could be fixed. My bike is not a brand Brookside sells. The technician John told me what he thought he could and could not do, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and said it would be about a week before it was ready. Six days later, I received a text telling me the bike was ready. I arrived to find my bike so well cleaned that it looked new and when I took it out for a test ride that afternoon, it even felt new again. My bike is old, but John gave it new life. Thanks so much!
