Fast and friendly service.

Very help and informed staff

Very good experience at Trek Bicycle. Had not been in the shop since 2004 when I had purchased my bike originally (when it was Vitesse). Moved to Arizona for about 20 years. Moved back recently and needed my bike tuned-up... so was pleased to find the bike shop was still here, just under new ownership. All the staff was extremely friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. They carry a nice bike inventory as well. If the time comes I want to purchase a new bike, Trek Bicycle will be my source.

The staff is very helpful and my bike was fixed in a timely manner.

Customer service was great. Knowledge of the different e Bikes fantastic. Information about warranty on Trek Bike very useful. Just a great experience over all.

Sean was professional, personable, and a bike nut...just the kind of salesperson you want to speak with when you walk through the doors.

Trek Normal has been incredible ever since the change in ownership. The staff is super helpful, from the manager all the way down to the mechanics. It's nice knowing that the people working there also ride often, so when I have questions, they have real world experience on the products that they are selling. Not to mention Sean is really cute, he must have a good barber.
