this is the only individual sauna like services that I know. I do not have to care about paid people around me sweating and constantly moving in and out, sometimes throwing water on the stones changing temperature without asking those around them. always sparkling clean always set of towels waiting for you, nice staff

The sauna was very clean and seemed virtually new. The assistant at the front door was very helpful and gave my friend and I ideas about future visits with cost savings. I plan to return at some point.

I like everything to be honest. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing. It is easy to find appointments. The rooms are well maintained and always clean.

From the genuine welcome when you arrive, to the cleanliness of the studio.... to the wonderful experience of the sauna. What's not to love. My requests are met...temp...plain towel...channel I like on the tv...which shows attentiveness. Sometimes there's a drain problem, or a lack of water pressure, etc.. but that's plumbing for ya. I think the studio is wonderful!

I had such an excellent experience, the lovely young women who was working the front desk this morning was absolute delight , extremely kind and informative. The experience itself in the private infrared sauna was absolutely relaxing and relieving. My body and mood before and after was night & day. I felt like an entirely new person, and felt so zen & relaxed. As soon as I left the Perspire, I called my mom & friends to immediately share my lovely experience & from them to check Perspire out! 10/10 highly recommend
