You are local. It was easy and pleasant to request service by phone call. Service visit was scheduled with in the next two days. Technician Tim notified us when he was on way , and was prompt. He is very knowledgeable and teaches us about our pool needs and equipment in terms we understand. The office scheduler Sherry is so cheerful, and remembers the customers.

I've used the services of your company, including it's many predecessor companies, for over 40 years and for the most part have been quite satisfied with the service. I was disappointed that recently my service tech, Jeremy Jackson, has apparently left or moved to a different service area as he did a great job of taking care of my pool (I haven't yet met the new/replacement tech). I recently recommended your services to my next door neighbor, Rik Brown, and he tells me he's now using your services as well. My only issue is that the pool is not being vacuumed very often, or at least not as often as it used to be. Perhaps that's because we've not had a lot of dust and/or leaves recently, but I've noticed a light coating of dirt in the spa and could see "trails" where the bottom of the pool had been broomed. Regardless, I've been quite satisfied with the service provided.

While travelling, Aquamaid and thier team did a great jopb of maintaining our pool. I recieved weekly updates and notifications from the pool tech if anything needed my attention. When an issue did occur with the pool pump, the tech performing weekly maintenance opened a service request with the service team The service tech Kelby and the service manager, Brandon made sure my repair was completed in timley manner.
