Bart has been maintaining our pool forever and provides a fabulous job. He is like part of the family. Eric, although he has moved position, continues to provide excellent support and immediate response. I have been with a few pool companies but Crystal Falls is far more outstanding. I have received maintenance on the equipment and service equipment technician is fabulous and very knowledgeable. I not certain but I believe his name is Dean.
