The teacher knew the HPF sequence well and had good pacing. The temperature and humidity were on target. The studio was clean.

Wendy was an excellent instructor and guide. The studio was large enough but small enough to feel connected. Great facilities. And loved the class

Best soundtrack of Dolly Parton medley and 80’s. Love this strengthening class. More locations and times, please. Edina around 5, 6pm would be fab! Minnetonka, too. Thank you! Love CorePower mission and vision and instructors.

Awesome work out, very nice sub teacher who taught my class that I attended using a buddy pass, great introduction to how to do yoga too making sure everyone knows its ok and completely acceptable to stop when you feel the urge or need a drink or feel too hot. very welcoming staff and had an amazing time.

Lindsey is such a wonderful instructor, her classes are fun but always have purpose and are inspiring. I so appreciate how inclusive she is always offering and encouraging modifications. One of your best.
