It's been great getting back into the groove of yoga! The place is exactly as supportive and positive as when I faded out of my practice several years ago. Happy to be back! (Now, ... to do something about this gut!)
Thanks again!
The instructors at NW- Michele, Erin and the sub on Sunday are great instructors, the music and choreography flow naturally, they all bring great energy to the studio and are so kind.
Thanks … Great classes.
Was visiting from Texas. I left ALL my stuff in the locker room. Sorry about that. Went back a couple times but front door was locked and was busy with meetings. Had to leave it. Bummed and sorry I left it to be cleaned up. Thank you.
I like the instructors and the variety that they bring to each class. However, the smaller room can be a little too warm. It would be better if it's cooler to do C2 in. Thank you!
Maddie was an excellent instructor. It was my first time but I will definitely return. Really enjoyed how comfortable she made the class flow especially for first time.
I would really really like some C2 classes here or at SE that start at 7am or 8am on weekdays please 🙏🏻 sculpt is the only option at that time and I can’t do that every day. Thank you
I absolutely enjoyed my first free week of yoga at CorePower Yoga. It was just amazing. Honestly, I feel so much better than I did a week ago. The teachers were all terrific. All of the classes were great.
I'm in my free week. So far all of the teachers are amazing, the classes are challenging and the community is one I see myself a part of. Thank you so much.
I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this yoga studio and the impact it has had on my life. 🧘♀️❤️
As a woman in my 30s, movement has started to feel different than it did when I was younger. I used to absolutely love moving my body, but over the years, it became harder to find something that challenged me while still feeling good and meaningful.
Then I found this place.
The hot room gives me that extra level of challenge I didn’t even know I was looking for. Every class may have familiar movements, but somehow every single one challenges me in a completely different way — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and honestly just proud of myself.
What I love most is that this has become more than just exercise for me. It has reminded me of a part of myself that I had forgotten for a very long time.
Lately, I’ve even found myself dreaming about becoming a teacher someday. It feels like I’m reconnecting with what my 18-year-old self really wanted for her life — a version of me that got a little lost along the way.
I’m so grateful I found my way back to her. And I’m so grateful I found this studio along the way. ❤️
If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and maybe even help you rediscover a part of yourself you forgot existed, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
