This studio has a variety of classes all with great instructors. Taking a class is the highlight of my day and all of the staff are kind and skilled. ALL of the instructors are amazing but by far my favorites are Jasmine P, Shannon (C2 AND sculpt), and Savannah!

I LOVE the instructors and their unique additions that they bring to class. No two classes are alike and there is always a crowd of people there to strengthen and GLOW! Great energy and the Studio is VERY CLEAN! It is much more organized and presented well compared to other studios. It is my favorite!

Shout out to the new studio manager as I’ve seen positive changes since she came on board. The women’s locker rooms are much cleaner. Morning classes went back to 7 AM as opposed to 715, so I am able to stay longer Monday through Friday. And I’m so happy that Cameron was able to take over the 7 AM sculpt class on Thursdays! Thank you!
