The next time we go in there, we are going to get Matt‘s last name. He was fantastic! He’s the one we request whenever we bring our fifth wheel in. He is very thorough in his inspection of our camper, and always offer suggestions which we greatly appreciate. We feel he goes over and above his job duties. And we always look for Mike Ursay, the gentleman who did the walk-through with us. We love telling him about our adventures, and he always has words of wisdom for us. Our cougar fifth wheel has a lot of features on it, both Mike and Matt have been very helpful as we learned how to use our camper this pass season. We have spoken to other campers very highly of our experience with the General RV in Birch Run, Michigan.

Kathy Retherford scheduled our appointment so that our RV could be looked at enroute from Ohio to the Michigan thumb. She provided great service as did the mechanic that investigated our problem. The mechanic provided specific details about the troubleshooting. While the problem could not be duplicated, we have not had the problem occur since they looked at it.
